How can I return an item?

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do everything I can to resolve any problems.

I accept returns and offer a full refund to my customers, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and return  the item within 14 days of delivery.

Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

I take all payment through PayPal at present, so all reimbursement will go through their system.

 

Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

Yes I accept international orders, but will have to quote postage and packaging cost on an individual basis.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

In the case of a pyramid, it may be the same product, but usually it will be a similar pyramid made to the same specification as the one shown in the photo. In the case of jewellery items, each item will be unique.

 

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, I will restock all items which are “out of stock.” If you want to buy an item that is currently “out of stock”, please order and I will send you the estimated time required to re-stock the item and its delivery time.
